Production launch for clinical and academic platforms

Challenge

The client had two large codebases that worked as demos but were not ready for real users: SQLite instead of a production database, demo accounts, secrets in the wrong place and blocking bugs.

What we built

We provisioned PostgreSQL with pgvector, Redis and antivirus scanning for uploads, migrated one platform from SQLite to PostgreSQL, moved secrets into the client's own accounts, removed demo data, fixed the blocking API and caching bugs, and handed over deployment runbooks.

Result

Both platforms were deployed in the client's own cloud with the client owning every account and key.
