Challenge
Small shops that sell through Telegram lose customers when nobody replies quickly, especially in the evening — the busiest time for buyers.
What we built
We built three parts: an AI chat that understands Uzbek and Russian including typos and dialects, a Telegram Mini App catalog with a cart, and an admin panel for products, couriers and analytics. It runs in Docker behind Nginx.
Result
In production with pilot Telegram shops, where the assistant talks to real customers and creates real orders.
